** 此職務主要工作內容為協助公司內部核心 AI 團隊去釐清、溝通、梳理各產品開發團隊提出的 AI 相關需求、規劃時程，並協助追蹤、彙整各項執行產出，過去須有產品開發管理或是技術專案時程控管的經驗，若有資料分析、資料工程或是機器學習的相關背景知識尤佳。**

【Responsibilities】　
1. Developing and maintaining project roadmaps involves creating schedules for tasks like model releases and system updates.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration to ensure alignment and successful product development.
3. Gathering and analyzing user feedback to make improvements and guide future product iterations.
4. Gathering product requirements, determining their priority, and creating detailed product specifications.

【Requirements】
1. 2+ years of software product manager experience.
2. Experience in project delivery in specific industries (e.g. Retail, Internet companies, Media), specific solutions. (e.g. Customer Data Platform, Personalization, User Experiences, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence)
3. Track and oversee the progress of product development, ensuring tight control over product launch schedules and quality.
4. Writing Product Development Documents.
5. Plan and prioritize product requirements, coordinate resources to ensure product progress aligns with market demands.
6. Experience in market research and competitive analysis, able to provide valuable insights for product strategy.
7. Familiar with Agile development and possesses an iterative mindset.
8. Strong problem solving skills, be able to tackle complex data-related issues and proposed effective solutions.
9. Hands-on experience in building and implementing predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
10. Strong understanding of applied statistics and data mining techniques.
11. Familiarity with a variety of technical tools for the manipulation of datasets.
